My very clever friend!

I have to mention my very clever friend/ boyfriends sister who designs, bakes and decorates yummy cakes! This is her latest creation for a little boys birthday, A-mazing. If you would like to get in contact with her just comment on this post and il send her your details!

Cancer Research UK

Our second craft fair took place at Lichfield Guild Hall on the 13th November, we really enjoyed the day and also had chance to give some money to charity! (buying a lot of chocolate fudge cake)

We were upstairs in a massive room next to a very clever lady who made woven baskets and wreaths. Throughout the day we were lucky enough to sell some mugs, candle holders, coasters and christmas cards and a big plus was the fact that we were indoors!

We have booked again for the 4th Dec at The Guild Hall in Lichfield so very excited for that, just got to get stuck in again now!

Handmade Birmingham

Our first craft stall was right outside the Bullring in Brum saturday the 6th November! We were very excited and obviously way too keen as we were the first to arrive haha, but at least we had time for a quick brew in the van before setting up!

It was a lovely but long day (getting up at half five and getting home at six) where we met lots of crafty people and also made some money! We sold some christmas decorations, a badger mug and our butterfly teapot, quite sad to see that go.

Busy Bees

Sorry for the lack of posts lately, but we have been busy busy busy. We have been working on our business Night Owl and have been locked away in Johns rooms with our little assembly line of products!

I've been drawing away and Johns been collecting all of our stock and getting it all ready for the images and thinking up lots of new and exciting ideas, clever boy.

It has some of my older products on sale but hopefully will get my new wooden wall plaques up as soon as i can. Its a uk site that gives artists and crafters a chance to sell their work for a small listing price and not only do you have an online shop but also an online community where you can chat and browse forums that are actually really useful to you.

Also i have finally signed up to twitter, follow me @nightowlrose, nightowl was already taken so i stuck my middle name on the end!

Banner

I'm having a go at designing a banner that i will put up on my stall, its going to be pretty big and waterproof as winters officially on its way. Not sure about the colour yet, may have a fiddle again.

Its Knot Easy.

Hope you like the pun. I've had a go at transfering my drawings onto slices of wood and it took a good couple of days to figuire it out but im finally happy. For once.

I have successfully completed a PRODUCT, i had the idea in my head for months but now its here in the flesh.

Hope you like them. I think they're quite posh actually.
